05 — Adventure & expedition

Difficult, done well.

For when an infinity pool will not suffice. Our expedition desk is led by three former Royal Geographical Society fellows; each itinerary is underwritten by a 24/7 ops centre and full medical evacuation coverage.

Antarctic ascent

A first-ascent opportunity on the Antarctic Peninsula, with an IFMGA mountain guide and a former SAS route-setter. Six guests. Three weeks.

ii.

Snow leopard passage

Twelve days tracking the ghost of Hemis National Park with a Wildlife Institute of India lead researcher. Sightings not guaranteed — the wait is the point.

iii.

Twelve nights across the Empty Quarter

A camel-borne passage through the Rub‘ al-Khali, with Bedouin hosts and a Six Senses mobile camp ahead of your caravan.

iv.

Mariana Trench dive

A two-person submersion to 11,000 metres aboard a privately commissioned Limiting Factor-class vessel. Three departure windows per year.

Every expedition closes with a private Chenot/Lanserhof/SHA recovery week, keyed to your labs and your sleep data.

06 — Wellness atelier

Recovery as composition.

Longevity labs. Sleep medicine. Yātrā pūjā with the head priest at Kapālī Temple. We compose a recovery just as we compose a journey: as a sonata, not a checklist.

Longevity clinics

Six days at SHA Wellness, Lanserhof, Chenot, or Bürgenstock — with pre-arrival diagnostics, in-residence translation, and a follow-up concierge for the month following.

ii.

Sleep medicine

A two-week, in-residence reset with a Stanford-trained sleep specialist and a Michelin-starred nutritionist. Bedroom, scent, blue-light, supplement architecture.

iii.

Somatic & meditative practice

Forest-bathing at Kumano Kodo with a Shinrin-yoku master; pūjā with the head priest at Kapālī; ten days of Vipassana at a private compound outside Tuscany.
